The PRODUCTION TIME Is 15 to 12 business days occasioanlly we ship faster.What about express shipping?
Surely, we will be glad to ship your order Express. Even for Express shipping, the production time is still the same. Shipping Express will ONLY shorten the transit time. In other words, we can ship your item(s) by Express mail ONLY after the production time!
How can I have my order shipped by Express Mail?
After placing your order, simply send an email to our Customer Care Center and ask them to ship your order by Express mail. Please provide them with your order ID#. Also note that Express Mail is more expensive! How Much? An extra $35.00 for orders under $150.00 and an extra $ 55.00 for orders between $150.00 to $300.00 (The fee for International Express Mail will vary but usually starts around $65.00). The above fee will be added to your card upon receiving your email request. You will be notified by a reply email before we add any charges to your card.
What Type of Email Confirmation Do I Usually Receive after placing my order?
After placing your order, most certainly, you will receive an email confirmation from the shopping cart, which is actually a copy of your paid invoice. A similar Invoice/Packing list will be in the box with your merchandise. Always review your confirmation and look for you 2, 4 or 5 digit order ID #. It is important that you always use your order ID # when you contact us regarding any issues.
The 2nd confirmation will be emailed to you by USPS.COM only AFTER your order has been shipped.
