YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US

1. Please read all accompanying literatures and care instructions prior the operation.

2. All our products are sold with 30 days limited manufacturing defect warranty.

3. Please contact our customer service center bostonpump2003@yahoo.com  before returning any items. RMA#(RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION#) is required for all return. Returns without prior authorization or RMA# will be REFUSED.

4. When contacting our customer service always refer to your order ID# it helps us to help you faster and more accurate.

5. For REFUNDS, products must be UNOPENED in the original plastic seal.  Good only within 15 days from the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. ALL RETURNS are subject to A 15% restocking fee + the S&H fee will be deducted from the refunds. www.bostonpump.com and our affiliates are not responsible for damaged goods. 

6. Exchange or Replacement only for UNOPENED items, Good only within 15 days from delivery date. A NEW Shipping & handling fees will be applied.

7. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS ISSUED FOR ORDERS WITH THE WRONG SIZE, IF THEY HAVE BEEN USED OR THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE IS BROKEN OR MISSING... ABSOLUTELY NON.  CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY WITHIN 12  HRS AFTER PLACING YOU, OTHERWISE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATION, NO RETURNS UNLESS PRODUCT IS DEFECTED.

8. Other claims such as missing items, damaged items and etc... must be made within 5 days from the delivery date. To validate such a claim, a proper carrier lost or damage report form must be accompanied with the claim. Such a claim usually require proper documentation that you must obtain from the carrier. They (The carrier) must be contacted 1st !

9. Returns are subject to evaluation by our engineers in order to determine and validate the issues and the $ amount of the refunds. 

10. The shipping charges will ONLY be reimbursed, if WE determine that the item(s) has a manufacturing defect.  Shipping reimbursements will ONLY be refunded for packages shipping via standard delivery service.

11. Remember, we will NOT issue a partial product value refund on PACKAGE DEALS, they must be returned all together!

12. If changing your mind After placing your order, you have 12 hrs to cancel your newly placed order. Any request of cancellations after this time frame is subject to 15% LATE CANCELLATION FEE! PLEASE DO NOT PLACE A PREMATURE ORDER TO PREVENT THIS CANCELLATION FEE. This is a fee that is forced to us by the Credit Card companies

13. We are not responsible for any transaction fees.

14. Shipping time and duration is based on our production time and cannot be decided or set by you.  If you are in RUSH PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER.    Please Read all IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFO. BEFORE your placing order
