What is EPP?

Boston Pump Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) is basically an extended equipment insurance program beyond your 30 day manufacturer defect warranty program, Which is purchased along with your equipment

How do I purchase it? 

You can add EPP  to your shopping cart for any specific product.  Please look on the product description and select from the drop down menu. The EPP covers only equipments that are participating on this program and that is bostonpump.com suction pump and bostonpump.com suction cylinders and some of our favorite packages.  

What is covered?

The EPP covers all the damages and defects that is causing your product to malfunction or not operate properly.  Simply, during the EEP period, send the product back to us and if we can not repair it we will replace it for free.  Yes EPP covers your shipping and handling too. 

Are there any restrictions?

Some restrictions will apply. These are:

1. The EPP is only offered for new product and it is only valid for 1 year.

2. The cost of EPP is non refundable even if the product is returned.

3. All the returns are subject to evaluation and validation of defect or malfunction

4. The EPP is only valid for 1 year and can not be extended 

5. This program is not transferable

6. Cancelled EPP cannot be reactivated

7. EPP is only offered by www.bostonpump.com and is not offered by our affiliates
