Mostly all of our products are retailed online directly through our web sites and our affliates, mainly to ensure quality customer service
and an overall positive customer experience. We are committed to you by manufacturing the best quality penis enlargement devices and a helpful and responsive customer service center. All our
products are highly customized and 80% of the production is done manually. We will never compromise the quality of our products by rushing
the manufacturing process. We don't mass produce. Due to this laborious
process, we are only capable of producing certain amount of products every
week. You come to us because you want a high quality penis
pump that actually WORKS! If you need something fast, we recommend visiting
your local adult novelty store. You may find something, but most certainly
you won't find any of our quality products there!
- *Our normal production time during peak summer
season and some holidays for most orders, is 7 to 8 business days
+ shipping time 2 to 3 business days (for orders within
U.S.) and 8 to 10 business days (for international orders).
- Our main carrier is USPS. Our normal shipping method is USPS Priority mail for all orders and 1st class mail for international orders less than 4lbs. Flat shipping rate for all orders (some restrictions may apply).

What About Express Shipping?
Surely we will be glad to ship your order Express. Even for
Express shipping, the production time is still the same. However,
shipping Express will ONLY shorten the shipping time. In other words we can
ship your item(s) by Express mail ONLY after production!
How Can I Have My Order Shipped By Express Mail?
After placing your order simply send an email to our Customer
Care Center and ask them to ship your order by Express mail.
Please provide them with your order ID#. Also note that
Express Mail is more expensive! How Much? an extra $25.00 for orders under
$150.00 and an extra $ 35.00 for orders between $150.00 to $300.00 (The fee for International Express mail will vary but usually starts around $45.00). To update your shipping method to Express mail, you must email us an "Express mail request". The above fee will be added to your card upon receiving your email request. Before we add any charges to your card, you will be notified by a reply confirmation.
What Type of Email Confirmation Do I Usually Receive After
Placing My order?
After placing your order, most certainly you will receive an **email
confirmation from the shopping cart, which is actually a copy of your paid
invoice. A similar invoice/Packing list will be in the box with your
merchandise. Always review your confirmation and look for your 4 or 5
digit order Id #. It is important that you always use your order id
# when you contact us regarding any issues.
The 2nd confirmation will be emailed to you by USPS.COM only AFTER your
order has been shipped. This email is not sent by us. Again, it is
sent by the carrier USPS and it contains your shipping confirmation.
What About My Personal Info?
As Always, our shipping is 100% discreet. www.bostonpump.com
will never share or sell any of your info to a 3rd party or others.
We will never solicit your email in any form. You will only receive
email news letters or promos, IF YOU CHOOSE DOING SO (must sign
up).
Your shopping with us is 100% Safe and Secure. We don't store any Credit
Card info. Orders are Never filed/ Stored within any portable devices or
office computers. After 90 days, all your personal info will be erased
from our remote servers.
