Usage Note: None of the BostonPump.com penis pump cylinders are made to hold suction. The penis pumps create negative pressure (vacuum) in the cylinder only! After reaching the optimum level of the vacuum in the suction cylinder, you must disconnect the pump from the cylinder or else you will lose the vacuum.
